SHIPPING:
We ship all orders if item(s) are in stock on the next business day after we receive your order as we have night elves who work late. If an item is on back order, we will let you know immediately when it will be available to ship.
We offer free shipping for any order over $ 40.00 in the Gift Shop anywhere in the USA via UPS. We also offer UPS shipping for items shipped overnight and rush, etc. - you would be responsible for the shipping cost.
RETURNS:
We examine every item before it leaves our warehouse. If an item does get damaged in shipment, you have 10 days after receipt to return it for an exchange.
